Shipping Policy

• Your order will be delivered within 4 – 9 business days, depending on the location and delivery partner.
• Tamil Nadu – 3 to 5 days,
  Other states – Within 7 business days.
• As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive details about the delivery partner and the tracking number via email. You can track your order on the respective delivery partner’s website.
• Please make sure you have someone authorized by you to be available at the home/office address provided during the time of delivery to receive the order .
• We request you to the attend the calls you receive from the delivery executive! (10 am – 7 pm IST)

Shipment Delays : 

We try our best to deliver the products on time, but due to unavoidable circumstances there could be delay in delivery which would be beyond our control including festivals, holidays etc. But we can help you to reach out to the delivery partner as soon as possible under certain circumstances.
